Where O' Where

My husband and I are trying to decide where to go for our European vacation this year. While we love Italy, Spain, and France we have been to each country multiple times so we are looking further afield. Portugal is a strong contender but Scotland has recently entered the mix because dear husband wants to check out living there. I definitely plan to leave Utah but I am not sold on leaving the US if only because it would be a bigger hassle. We do have two dogs and three cats and a house full of furniture and art and box after box of fabric.
