Nearly Done

No pictures yet but I am nearly done with the Princess Feather quilt. Initially I hoped to finish by Christmas but then my son wanted a hand-knit scarf. Once I finished that I got back to the quilting and now my goal is to finish by our wedding anniversary, February 7th. It's astonishing that it will be 46 years. I am a fairly organized person (not neat you understand but I always make a plan), so I have a pretty good idea what I am going to work on next. I have been admiring an antique basket quilt done in sort of jellybean colors for years--yellow background, mint  and cherry red accents and then light and dark values of pink and blue and purple, etc. So that's my current plan.
